We are all connected in a unified energy field known as 'The Matrix.' When we experience a trauma, part of us splits off and stays within the matrix. As these 'parts' are held within the matrix, they continue to attract experiences which are in alignment with their vibration.
Resolution is gained when we interact with these 'parts'.
Your Matrix Reimprinting session
At the beginning of the session you will clarify what you want to work on. It is possible to work 'content free', and many clients prefer to work this way. Jo will explain how EFT works and show you the EFT tapping points so you can easily recall them.
Effective change takes place at an unconscious level. As Jo is also a Master NLP Practitioner, she will use language which specifically communicates with you both consciously and unconsciously.
When the time is right, you recall the event that you want to work on. You are totally safe and in control. Usually this is done with your eyes closed. If you have given Jo permission to do so, she will tap on you, whilst you are imagining yourself tapping on your younger self. The rest really is up to you. In the way which is right for you, you communicate with that 'part' from the past.
You can ask questions, invite others in for support and guidance, say the things you wish you had said and do the things you wish you had done. You can even change the event. You will be amazed how easy it is for you to instinctively know what to do to gain resolution!
Throughout this process you will notice the positive effects of the shifts taking place. You will know that from now on, you will attract experiences in alignment with the new vibration which you have created.
