Are you aware that the thoughts you have and the words you use create your life, affect your health and shape your experiences, and that your reality is created by your beliefs?
Are you now questioning the above statement in relation to your life as it is, knowing that you wouldn't have chosen it to be like this, and wondering how you could have possibly created it this way?
Consciously, you know how you would like your life to be. And you can make every effort (consciously) to achieve the life you desire. But many people find that no matter how hard they try, they never seem to achieve their desires. So, why is this?
The answer lies in your beliefs, which are the foundation of your personality and are held in the unconscious level of the mind. If (at an unconscious level) you have a belief which is preventing you from achieving what you know you want, then it just can't happen. However - when you change your beliefs, you change your life!
There are many ways that enable you to communicate with your unconscious mind, not only to identify and change limiting beliefs into self-enhancing ones that support you, but also to release negative emotions and physical symptoms.
