About this training
Jo Dance of Heartfelt Transformations is an AAMET (Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Therapies) EFT Trainer and abides by the rules and regulations set by the AAMET.
This is a practical training where you will be given many opportunities to learn through experience and provides you with the perfect chance to work on some of your personal challenges. Jo creates a warm, loving environment where you know you are safe. You can trust that you can work through ‘whatever comes up for you’ in each moment. Each group that is drawn together consists of caring, like-minded people and positive learnings will be gained by all.
Jo has adopted a flexible approach to the delivery of the training material, as her top priority is responding to the needs of the attendees. You will be given a manual which contains the complete presentation of the course material. There is no exam, as you will be continually assessed throughout the training. One of the reasons for limiting the number of participants to 12 is for Jo to ensure she is able to spend ample time with everyone.
As Jo is also a Master Practitioner of NLP, she integrates core aspects of NLP into the training. You will have the opportunity to learn how to use key language skills, understand and utilise rapport techniques and gain an insight into communication with the unconscious mind which will all enhance your EFT.

In addition to the AAMET curriculum, Jo incorporates:
Protecting yourself
Creating and maintaining rapport
Use of effective language
At the end of the training you will be awarded a certificate of completion for EFT Level 1, and a certificate of attendance for EFT level 2.
If you would like to qualify as an EFT Practitioner certified by the AAMET, you are required to complete a multiple choice test (pass mark 80%) and a minimum of 3 thorough case studies after this training. You will also need to provide *'sufficient evidence' to demonstrate the necessary competence to practice. Certification will be awarded upon receipt of this evidence. You will then be able to register as an EFT Practitioner with the AAMET.
*Jo will work with you on an individual basis to clarify the skills and/or experience you already have, and identify the appropriate steps you can take to achieve the necessary competence.
For your certification to continue you need to complete at least 30 hours of personal development, including 12 hours of group supervision. This must be maintained on a yearly basis.

'LOVING MY EFT' 1 DAY WORKSHOP
Investment - £45
This workshop is delivered approximately 6 weeks after the EFT Practitioner Training has taken place. It provides you with the opportunity to join your fellow group members again and share your success stories. You will have the chance to ask questions that have arisen - many of which are usually shared by the group. There will also be plenty of time for EFT swap sessions to work on your own challenges.

This group provides the opportunity for those of you already qualified in EFT to connect with like-minded people and enhance your skills and knowledge.
For others who are not yet qualified in EFT but are interested in finding out more, you are welcome to come along and observe the benefits of this amazing technique.

Heartfelt Transformations EFT Supervision Days
It is a requirement by the AAMET that you attend a minimum of 12 hours of group Supervision each year to maintain your certification. This is the perfect opportunity for you to develop your existing skills and knowledge as an EFT Practitioner, in a relaxed atmosphere. The format of each Supervision Day is flexible to meet the needs of the group. You will be given the opportunity to:
Meet up with like-minded EFT Practitioners and share successes
Ask and answer questions
Familiarise yourself with the latest news relating to EFT
Deliver a short presentation to the group (only if you want to)
Observe a demonstration relating to a specific topic
Share swap sessions
