Free Consultation
Jo offers a free consultation. This provides the perfect opportunity for you to explain what the issue / problem is, and what you want to achieve. It also enables Jo to describe the techniques she uses and if she feels they are suitable for you.
The main purpose of the consultation is for you to decide whether you want to work together.
What to expect from a session
At the beginning of your first session Jo will show you the EFT tapping points. Should you decide to use them later on, you won't have to break the flow for you to learn them, as they will already be familiar to you.
You will get straight to work on what has previously been agreed (either during the initial consultation or at the end of the last session). After clarifying where you are (in relation to the issue/problem), the 'change work' will commence.
Jo will work with you using a combination of EFT, NLP and Matrix Reimprinting tools and techniques in a flexible way, depending on what your needs are in the present moment.
At the end of the session you will reflect on what has been achieved and clarify the progress you have made in relation to the initial issue / problem.

Where the sessions will take place
Southampton and Portsmouth
Jo is based in Fareham, Hampshire.
She also provides home visits within most areas of Southampton and Portsmouth.
Elsewhere in the UK
Jo is happy to travel virtually anywhwre in the UK to work with you. (The cost of her travel and accommodation will be added to the cost of the sessions). This will be particularly beneficial to you, should you wish to participate in a number of sessions very close together.
Over the Phone
Jo can work with you using EFT over the phone.
Cost of a session
The cost is £50 (for an hour).
*Timings are approximate. Each session will end in a 'safe place.'
Many clients have an average of 5 sessions with Jo.
Should you decide during the consultation that you will benefit from a number of sessions, you might be interested in the special offer.
Alternatively, you are very welcome to decide at the end of each session whether you want to book another one.
